We answer all queries carefully, and we thoroughly analyse every complaint, appeal, allegation and request that is submitted to us. Transparency and reliability are at the core of all our operations, and both our decision and the conduct of all our collaborators are not influenced by any external entity or interest.

If there is anything we are doing wrong or can improve, we want to know about it. If you have a concern regarding the OrganiTrust ® system and operations, we encourage you to report it to us.
